By Victoria Vuletich & Nelson P. Miller
This second edition of the book provides a framework for the profession’s conduct rules while helping the reader develop and adhere to personal moral standards. The book organizes the subject of professional responsibility by the attributes that the law and rules of professional responsibility represent. Use this book to explore, organize, and recall the law and rules of professional responsibility and to evaluate them against how well their moral fields develop the attributes you want to possess as a lawyer. Make the connection between the professional and personal--between the rules and morality--and you will practice law with greater health, satisfaction, and meaning, in greater service to clients and community.
